Here is a recent presentation that the Volunteer Center helped present at the National VOAD Conference. It is intended to serve as an introduction to current trends in social media, and includes many examples and links to help you learn more about topics such as Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, You Tube, and maximizing your website for volunteer engagement.
